Postage and Delivery
Postage and Packing costs incurred when sending items will be charged to you on your invoice. All work will be sent to you by Royal Mail recorded delivery and Isabel's Typing Services advise clients to send work to us by this method as we cannot be held responsible for missing or damaged postal items. Your typed work can also be provided on disc at an additional cost of £2.50 per disk
Confidentiality
Isabel's Typing Services will not at any time or in any manner, either directly or indirectly, use for the personal benefit of the company, or divulge, disclose, or communicate in any manner any information that is proprietary to a client. Isabel's Typing Services will protect such information and treat it as strictly confidential. This provision shall continue to be effective after the termination of any agreement between Isabel's Typing Services and the client. Isabel's Typing Services understand that confidentiality is a sensitive issue for clients and we are happy to sign any non disclosure or confidentiality agreement a client may require.
